Shipping:
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed after placing it through our website. (Peak periods may see slight delays)
Consumer is responsible for shipping costs, calculated at checkout.
You will be updated of the shipping number once your order has been lodged with our courier. Once your order leaves with our courier, timing is out of our hands. Please follow your tracking link and liaise with the courier if you have any questions.
Your orders are packed very carefully and firmly to avoid damage.
In the event that your item arrives damaged in transit - please email information and detailed images to contact.amethystandsage@gmail.com immediately for us to open an investigation with the courier service. It would be helpful for you to also lodge an investigation with the courier service as well. We will liaise with Aus Post/The Courier however we cannot guarantee a reimbursement for damages sustained in travel.
All orders are sent with signature on delivery requested.
Payment:
Payments are to be finalised at time of checkout from available methods including Visa/Debit and Afterpay.
Refunds for faulty items will be electronically processed via the same method that was used for payment.
