All of our inventory is carefully inspected before adding to our store and again while processing and packing your order. We pride ourselves on our quality and service.
In the case that there are any flaws with your crystals - they will be listed in your item description. Please choose mindfully and carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our crystals. Please keep in mind that crystals are products of nature and as such and as such natural markings, cracks and chips may be present.

All of our Crystals are represented as accurately as possible however please be mindful that lighting, image quality and the device you are viewing the images on can alter the colour display slightly.
Crystal sizes and shapes will vary stone to stone.
For quality and service training, we often take photos/videos of each parcel and contents when packing. These are updated to our system backend and linked to the applicable order.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our discounted “sale” items. Purchases are final.
Please read each listing carefully before commiting to your purchase of our Sól & Sage Clothing collection. All purchases are final. Refunds are only applicable in the event of damage to the garment. Please be mindful that each item is carefully inspected when adding to our store and also when picking/packing and shipping and sent with the greatest confidence - and will be inspected carefully upon return before refund is approved. The consumer is responsible for shipping costs for return items. In the event that Amethyst & Sage covers the shipping cost and your refund request is approved - the shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
If there is any evident wear and tear of the clothing, tags have been removed or accessories are missing - your refund request will be denied and you will be responsible for shipping costs back to you.
For change of mind/size - returns must be notified via email at contact.amethystandsage@gmail.com and received at our HQ within 14 days of original purchase. Garment must be in original condition, with accessories (belts etc), packaging and tags still attached. Each return is carefully inspected upon receipt.

If your return is approved you will be given the option of an exchange to an item of the same value, or a store credit note with a 3 month expiry.
